Doney Restaurant
The main room is a perfect choice for excellent service and atmosphere
while dining impechebly at our Doney Restaurant. It faces onto the
lively and mesmerizing Via Veneto, where it is perfect to watch all the
excitement pass by. These light Mediterranean colour, flavours and
aromas will tickle your fancy while you sample a choice of pumpkin
ravioli with shrimp sauce, Catalan lobster, or beef with Patanegra ham.
Our Chef, James Foglieni, welcomes you to the Doney Restaurant.Ther is a
grand buffet served for lunch and an à la carte menu both for lunch and
dinner. Both offer tasty Mediterranean Cuisine, including fresh, light
ingredients such as fresh pasta, vegetables or fish. Some of our
favourite recommendations are: ravioli pasta with pumpkin with shrimp
sauce, typical Gragnano’s pasta with asparagus and bottarga (dried fish
eggs), tuna with potatoes crust, millefeuille of Catalan lobster, beef
fillet with Patanegra ham, celery and parmesan cheese, crème brulée with
berries, crispy millefeuille with chocolate flakes and wild strawberries. |

For Sunday brunch, from 12.30 to 15.30, the Doney
offers smaller portion dishes,oysters and the finest glass of
Perrier-Jouet champagne. Starting in middle March, there is live jazz
music with the Sunday Jazz Lunch @ Doney, which will accompany Sunday
brunch. A duo of piano and voice offers an international selection of
music , creating a relaxing and ideal for a truly memorable Sunday .
